Is there a way to adjust player name size without messing with the UI scaling?

I'm asking this because when I raise the UI scaling to 150% so I can read the NPC text in the chat bubble, it makes the player character names huge, is there a way to have the player names normal while having the NPC chat bubble larger to make it easier to read?
