So many problems

I just recently re subbed and was hoping a problem that I was having before I left would have stopped. It didn't. I'm on PS3 so if anybody can give advice it would be appreciated.

The problem I've been having is that when I start up the game and get to the screen where I input my password, the boxes for the ID and password don't even show up. I'll get an error, recently it's been 20502 10009 10019, and states that I have a connectivity issue. I've talked at length with my ISP and the problem isn't with my router. Now recently just restarting my system fixes this but with the recent hotfix and needing to download it I get a new error, 11090 20028 -2140077934, and deal with the cycle all over again. To try and fix that I re-installed the game and now I'm getting the error 20512 25008 when trying to download all of the patches.

I really am at a loss of what to do. I love the game and cant afford to get a PS4 or PC to play it right now.

Please help.
