New Semi-Hardcore Progression Static LFM (EST)

Hello, I’m looking for 3-4 people to join a new semi-hardcore static forming with the release of 3.2.

The core of this static is a group of friends who have been playing together for years across a variety of different MMOs. Several members of this group have server first and top world experience in other MMOs. We're relatively new to FFXIV after getting bored with other games.

Expectations:

• Be good at your job and role
• Put in the work to raid, including consumables, specific boss fight preparation, etc.
• We have a set number of hours/week we plan to raid, do not waste our time. 80% of life is showing up.
• Take constructive criticism without getting dramatic or having it affect your performance negatively.

Schedule
We’re currently looking to raid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9pm - 12am EST.

Job/Role Needs
1 tank, 2 dps & 1 healer (any job for now)
