Voice acting not working in main scenario 3.1/3.2- second attempt at reporting

Any main scenario cut-scene involving voice acting after patch 3.1 is distorted. The voices are very feint and all have a very metallic sound to them. You have to strain to hear them and can be construed as ambient noise. If there is music playing during the cut-scene you can't hear the voices at all. This includes the narrative cut-scenes(i.e. Ser Aymeric getting ambushed in the street of Foundation). The voice acting in combat however is still working properly. This issue has been going since 3.1 patch and I submitted a few bug reports then as well. This time I spoke with somebody at support in a live chat and they advised that I leave a post on the forum.

1. Watched same cut scenes through "the unending journey" at the inn, with no change
2. restarted game with no change

4. Tried multiple sound configurations with no change

The main scen. in 3.2 is not fully voic acted only certain cut-scenes are. not if your getting no voice aacting at all on any of the cutscens then yea there is a problem. I had no problems with voic acting on the 3.2 story patch as I coplted it yesterday.

Just a tip: the mods will most likely dump this thread into "Insufficient information" as it does not follow the template provided in the stickied topic that says "READ THIS FIRST"
