My brother and I knew we were going to be transferring servers so, we let our fc house auto demolish. It is a medium plot in the Mist, Ward 8 plot 59. As of 2/25 9:10 am EST, no one has purchased the land yet. As of right now the purchase is listed at 25.5 mil.
