Can queue containment bay via trial roulette without having cleared it

Not sure if this is a bug or not but it's the first time I've gotten a duty in roulette that I haven't cleared before...kinda shocked. Not sure if it's supposed to be this way...

Like I said, not sure if it's supposed to be this way or a glitch, but I don't recall you ever being able to queue into things via roulettes you haven't cleared before (and only unlocked).

Yeah the first time I entered the Sephirot fight was through Trial Roulette. I was confused lol.

I think for Trials it pulls from all you have unlocked, but not necessarily cleared. Back when I was going through the story I got Bismarck for my roulette before I cleared it.

Yeah, I am not sure...
It's the first time it's every happened to me.
I'm hearing reports that people who aren't even level 60 (using other jobs for trial roulette) and getting it on their roulette.
