4k resolution setting glitches

I've begun using the 4k resolution settings (scale all UI to 200%) and I've noticed a few small glitches. Most of these seem to stem from forgetting to apply that 200% to everything.

1. Dialogue boxes in cutscenes are almost falling off the bottom of the screen. It seems their vertical placement is assuming 100%, causing it to fall off as it is in fact 200%.
2. If you have a chat log box dragged away from the main tabs, the bottom of the log window overlaps its button, presumably due to it only accounting for the button's original size, not its 200% size.
3. When dragging the map, it moves twice as fast as it should relative to the mouse dragging it.
4. The mouse cursor is not scaled unless the software cursor is used. I'm not sure if this is fixable or not though.
5. Scroll bars on chat log boxes are not scaled, thus becoming very difficult to accurately click on to drag them.
