Voice acting not working

Since 3.1 patch my voice acting is not working. At first the 3.1 cut scenes with voice acting had very subtle voices, I had to strain to hear them, at first I thought it was just ambient noises in-game. And they had a very metallic sound to them. Now with 3.2 patch it seems I have no voice acting at all. I have not checked my pre-3.1 voice acting as I don't remember specifically which cut scenes had voice acting and I've not looked them up. But the 3.1 and 3.2 cut scenes are also non-existent in "the unending journey" as well. This is occurring on Exodus with multiple characters. I've had live chat with the support center and they asked me to leave a post on the bug-report forum for the development team.
