Levels to post in other forums?

Where is the information in what levels a person can post in the other forums.
For example I tried to start a new thread in the Healer forum, but I got a message not at the level needed yet (I'm 25).

25 should be high enough to start one new thread a day (and make up to 5 posts a day). A couple possible reasons why it might not have let you:

Had you just turned 25? There might have been a delay before the Lodestone and forums recognized your new level. (For instance, right now, the Lodestone is saying your character is a level 25 CNJ, but your forum avatar info still says "Conjurer Lv 15".)

Had you started any other threads? (Although posts made here in the "New Player Help" forum aren't blocked if you go over your limit, they do still count towards determining whether you've gone over that limit when it decides whether you can post in other forums. So, for instance, you won't be able to start another thread elsewhere until 24 hours after starting this one.)

Or, in the meantime, you could post your Healer thread here, where the limits don't apply. Even if it isn't as topic-specific as the healer forum, you're still new enough for this forum to also be appropriate. A post here might not get viewed by all the players who would see it there, but plenty of the players who watch this forum are knowledgeable healers.
