Since yesterday, I have been unable to join Duty Finder as Arcanist. When the Que pops, and I hit commence, I get the, "One of your party members does not meet the requirements for this duty". Then I'm penalized for 30 minutes, like I abandoned a duty. Is there some bug since 3.2 or am I just "Lucky"..
What are you signing up for?
Yeah, what are you trying to queue for? That would give a better indication of what the issue may be.
I'm having this problem too, with my level 23 Gladiator.
I was trying to queue for leveling Dungeon Roulette, which had worked twice for me today, and many, many times pre-patch. I got the same error, and then noticed I wasn't in queue anymore, so I tried it again. Same thing. Tried again, same thing. Then I got stuck with "You are currently penalized for abandoning a duty and are unable to undertake any new tasks at this time."
I was not in a pre-made party. I was in Vesper Bay and I did have my Challenge Log open when I queued the first time, if any of that is relevant.
Same problem here. Tried to Join party in progress leveling roulette as 41 DRK. same message as Vicariousdragon.
Looks like it is trying to place people into instances that they cannot actually access. The In Progress queue may be broken. I am fairly certain I had an issue with Trial Roulette IP trying to put me (level 59) into a level 60 instance.
