Fantasia Potion Consumed and Re-Customization Lost Due to Server Shutdown

Hello,

I recently purchased the Three Fantasia Bundle from the Mog Store. I am a Lalafel looking to re-customize to a Midland Hyur. I consumed one of the potions at 11:45 PM MST on 2/23/16 and logged off with all items removed. I began to customize my character and once I finished and had accepted the re-customization, I was notified about the Aether Data Center being shutdown for maintenance. After an hour, around 1:00 AM, I logged on to find that I still remained as a Lalafel and have lost the ability to re customize. Is there anything that can be done to recover my fantasia effect?

I just logged out and in and the option to customize is back. Issue solved.
