Looking for a dev quote

I saw within the last few days (somewhere!) that a dev said they would release a list of what gear breaks into what materia.

Need some help finding that post.

Any help is appreciated. Searching for it is horrid.

I know Crafter tools only gives Craftsmanship/Magic Craftsmanship/Control materia.

Haha, good luck with that. SE is famous for withholding this sort of information, preferring that we figure it out ourselves.

How stupid. No offense. I'm getting kind of tired of being spoon fed. We would have figured out the materia table on our own, people, once we all started using a good wiki collectively (GE). We also would have eventually figured out hate mechanics without a flashing red light, mob levels without it right in our faces, aggressive or not without a big red sea urchin by the name... *eyeroll* ok I'm done.

Actually, we asked this question because we wanted to know so we could make changes to the wiki. If its random.. there's really no way to catalog any of it. However, if there is some type of pattern or set of Materia that one item can produce we can make changes to the item templates to reflect that :) Wasn't expecting the data to be handed to us.. but it's a nice plus!
