Error in Duty Finder Roulette

I just had an issue with the leveling roulette. I queued as a level 32 paladin solo, with in progress checked. I have all of the leveling dungeons unlocked as I have leveled all the mages previously. An in progress dungeon popped, but when I hit commence I got an error saying "One or more party members does not meet the requirements of this duty." This ended up giving me a penalty. I'm not sure how I could get this error unless the DF was trying to put me in a dungeon above Brayflox.
