My character reset after patch install

So, I had a cat monk lvl 60 with the anima weapon, over 1m gil, crafting and gathering mats, and after I installed the new 3.2 patch... My character literally reset to a human lvl 1 gladiator. No gil, nothing on my inventory. I sent an email, I sent a report, and the only answer they had for me was to post it here. I need help. I'm really upset at this moment.

Please, help.

Would like to know if this is really possible.

I'm definitely not a troll. It just happened today, when I logged in. I had absolutely nothing. The cinematic started again, and when I saw my character, it was literally a lvl 1 hyur gld with the same name I had.

make sure you are in the proper data center,i will check that if i were you.

Did you have to reinstall the game or something? Anyways your character info should be server side...

I am in the proper Data Center. I am in Sargatanas. I double checked.

Yes to both questions. I did open an in game ticket and still waiting for an answer, and yes, I had to reinstall the game.
