Because why not? Sure it wont need as much promotiom as XIII did but I wouldnt complain!

Too bad it'd probably be male only. Females will probably get Tifa, Aerith, or Yuffie outfits, maybe all three?
And if Females got three outfits males would probably get Barret (minus hand gun), Vincent, and Cid outfits.
Maybe they'd introduce two unisex ones as well; being a Red XIII themed one and a Sephiroth Outfit with some changes for females so they can wear it too.
