4 players looking for early 3.2 progression

We are 4 people of various jobs looking to either join an existing group or to split up individually. We all have been raiding together for quite some time now and while we would like to stick together simply because we know we're all the type of raider we want to be raiding with, we're willing to split up if that ends up working out better for that member. We're also open to taking in 4 other players, however none of us desire the raid-leader role.

We are a:
WAR main, able to DRK/PLD- Omega Type
WHM main, able to SCH- Eva Lynn
DRG main, able to MNK- Solene Soulstrider
NIN main, able to BRD- Senka Datenshi

While our mains are what we've progressed in the past on and are most comfortable on and enjoy the most, the jobs that we are able to play are played at a level required for hard progression.

We are all available for immediate progression during the first week of 3.2 starting at server-up. All of us are available after 7:30pm Pacific time every day after first week.
