So if that link doesn't work, here's what happened. Whenever I use Careful Synthesis II on these pants the progress is 191. Suddenly for some unknown reason it was 271 progress. I had 10 stacks of Whistle at the time.
What happened?
Isn't there some boost when whistle stacks equal IQ stacks?
I thought you needed to use the skill that lights up when they are equal?
Either way, I didn't have 10 Inner quiet at the time.
A bonus 50% efficiency is applied when your Whistle stacks are a multiple of 3, raising Careful Synthesis II's efficiency to 170%.
191 / 120 * 170 ~= 270, so taking rounding into account, that's almost definitely what happened. You must have missed a Good proc that slipped into one of the earlier steps, bringing you down to 9 Whistle stacks on the step that gave you 271.
