In-game Support Desk not working

As stated in title, it just shows "Retrieving Information" (on all options) for 10 minutes, then just changes to nothing found. When I try to click the reporting window, new one opens but completely blank and unclickable.

//edit: Tried relogging few times, tried accessing the desk on all characters on account and still nothing.
//edit2: Waited a couple of minutes, then tried again and is working now properly.

//edit3: Okay, so no.. still not working as it should. Whenever I try to access it, something makes my game to crash.
