To Yoshi-P

After reading a lot of posts here, I began to understand why you and your team have so much trouble deciding what the players want. We don't even know what the hell we want. Players argue constantly about the most ridiculous things you can possibly imagine. I hope you can make the game into something really wonderful, but I understand now that listening to the players won't accomplish that (or quite frankly, anything).

At this point, the only thing I can ask is that you try to make a game that YOU would enjoy playing. Try to understand what is and is not enjoyable about the game for yourselves rather than relying on the opinions of people who will never be satisfied.

I can only say that I have a great deal more respect and sympathy that you have to deal with this kind of childish, adolescent fan base. Attempting to implement new things in a game where players complain about everything you 'take away' from them (even though they complain that everything is broken) must be incredibly tiring and trying.

lol i hope you get an answer, becasue that seems to be todays new "In" thing,
be cool & try get an answer from the producer.

Yoshi-P has enough MMO experience to know what the game needs.

The problem is cranking out so many changes and content updates in a short period of time. It takes the devs a while..

Agreed, he already has his mind set on some things (PvP being an event of sorts instead of full world) and for the things he doesn't have still is considering (Jumping) I'm sure he'll make another player poll for that.

There are many out there whom have given up on SE entirely.

Not because SE can't make great games anymore.

Simply because they loved a certain Final Fantasy in the past, and now if a new game doesn't meet their expectations, it means it is "Fail".

what you should do is wright this again , and post it on the japanes fourms. Because no one from the dev team or yoshi will read it here. it will get pushed to the back where fourms go to die. just use bing or google transulator and type it in english you the transulator to japanese. and then perhaps he will respond or perhaps a lead team member will but dont hold your breath here

Agreed, I was simply saying that I have a lot more sympathy after seeing what they have to deal with while they're doing it.

I would, but I'm fairly sure that any auto-translating service I use would turn at least half of my post into complete gibberish that anyone on the JP forums wouldn't even be able to understand.
