Healer LFG for Midas and beyond

I am looking for a group that is laid back enough that people are friendly & actively work to help each other raise their skill, but also one that is serious enough that people are expected to show up for their raids on time, learn the fights & improve.

I have raided before & have cleared all of Final Coil before Echo, but I did this as a DPS & have since switched my main to healer. I prefer AST & I have it geared out in all updated Eso, but I also have a WHM & a SCH (both in Eso accessories & VA gear). My AST & WHM have an Awoken weapon & I'm working on doing the same for my SCH.

I have a full time job so I can only raid from 5:30pm to 11:00pm EST Monday through Thursday, anytime Saturday (with a once a month exception) & until 11:00pm on Sundays.

I can download Mumble, Teamspeak or whatever is needed. I currently do not have a working mic, but if it is completely necessary I can get one.

Since I hit the word count limit, I should mentioned that I have raided before and cleared T13 before Echo. That was, however, on a DPS class. I am still somewhat new to healing in raids.

EDIT: I found a group. I'll be back here if it doesn't work out, though. :D
