Preliminary 3.2 patch notes - item description

According to the item list (I checked both English and Japanese notes), the following two items are female-only whereas all of the rest of the new gear listed has obvious male and female (or unisex) versions:

Expeditioner's Gloves
Dark Dhalmelskin Gloves

Is this correct or is one a typo? It would seem that male characters get no gloves for the gender-locked sets this way while female characters get two additional items.
