BTN skill [Last Ditch] has inconsistent description.

I'm new to the forums so sorry if this post is a repeat or has been addressed elsewhere. I couldn't find anything on this specific issue after searching for a few minutes. :)

The description for the botanist version of [Last Ditch] is as follows:

Increases the collectability of an item. Can only be executed when item wear is at its maximum.

However, the skill behaves exactly like the miner version of [Last Ditch] which reads (emphasis mine):

Increases the collectability of an item. Can only be executed when item wear is beyond its maximum.

---

Back at 3.0 launch I thought this skill had to meet other conditions or was only used with aetherial reduction nodes... until I messed up my collectable rotation. :o

Necro-bump. This is still the case as of 3.3's hotfix of June 23, 2016. Last Ditch's tooltip still incorrectly says 'at its maximum' (since that implies greater-than-or-equal, which is the point since it's only greater than).
