Is this normal or what???

Hello everyone, just began playing this game about 2 months ago but I'm a long time Final Fantasy player since the NES days. Everything is going along fine except this...I have seen this many times within the past 2 weeks now, are these real players or a single person with duplicate/hacked characters because they are all dressed the same (all of them equipped exactly the same) and they all move around and follow each other at the same time. I even took a few screenshots of this odd occurrence...

Anyone else see this or am I going crazy?

If you've played FF9 then you'll know the secret about blackmages.

They could* be bots.

*I say could as naming and shaming is against the forum rules and I am just giving my theory. :rolleyes:

And technically you haven't named and shamed since you only ask who they are.

Yep these are our lovely RMTs. They also tend to insta-port to quest givers, grand company, outside etc. You can also find them fighting underground, the monster will be claimed pink but nobody around, as if it was hitting a ghost ;) I've given up reporting them, for one party you report, another 5 pop.

@Genaxx: I see, I felt really bad for Vivi when he discovered and witnessed what happened to his "copies". FFIX is one of my top ten games ever, always a classic.

@Bekekurenai: I see, I always wonder how they disappeared/appeared without tele and I see that reporting them is as useless as trying to squeeze all the water that goes through Niagra Falls through a straw.

Really hate the RMT , they are poison to online games, but sometimes I ask myself who is the one to blame. .
The ppl who create this bots?..
or the ppl that buy from the bots?...

when you find them out in the field bring an enemy that does aoe damage and get them killed, its a tremendous amount of fun :D
