New Diadem Loot Rules/Set Jobs

Most Party Finders for Diadem in my server are set in the descriptions as: Greed i150-i180 and ONLY Need i210s but a lot of people does NOT follow the rules, some even AFK and ninja loot causing a lot of drama and people rage quitting.

Another current issue is that some players joins as a DPS (because Tank/Heal spot are already taken) and switches to Tank/Heal once we're in the raid and refuses to switch back to their original roles because they want Tank/Heal gears causing drama with the tanks and healers and refusing to DPS.

It would be great if you can ONLY NEED gears of the job you've registered, this way it will prevent players trying to be sneaky.

I also think there should be another set of loot rules system - one that the host can pick before entering Diadem. Right now we have either Normal or Greed only.

Since most Party Finder descriptions are already set like this: Need the highest ilv. and Greed the lowest ilv using the "Normal" rule set, we should have a new loot rule for it because not everyone who joins the party follow the rules when it is set to "Normal" because you can still Need i150-i180. I have seem people doing this plenty of time, they wait for the chatlog to get busy so they can cast "need" on it without the party knowing but many got caught when others rolled a 99 on a low ilv. but lost to someone who "need it" causing drama and people rage quitting the raid.

To make it short, all I'm asking is improvements:

-New Loot Rules: Need the HIGHEST ilv. Greed the LOWEST ilv.
-Players can ONLY "need" gears based on the job they have registered upon entering Diadem. They're free to switch to other jobs after entering Diadem but they won't be able to try to NEED anything on the job they've switched.

It will prevent many people trying to be sneaky.
