Building a Mid Core Static for 3.2

My Team consists of a SCH and DRG along with myself as Any Tank Role. We have A3S EXP. Raid Experience is not Mandatory so long as you have a Good Attitude and are Willing To Improve. Our expected Goal is to Clear at least 3 floors before 3.3

Raid Days are between Mon & Thu 3 Days Minimum.
Times are between 7P-1A EST. 3 Hours Minimum.
