[MC] New Raid Group Forming

Three members are reforming after taking a couple month break from raiding. The three of us have been raiding since 2.0, most of that together. We believe in having fun, helping each other out on non-raid days and taking progression seriously, but not too seriously. Our current composition is PLD, WAR (or BLM), SMN.

We're seeking to return to progression raiding twice a week, Mon & Wed @ 8pm EST/5pm PST. Times and days are subject to change, as necessary.

We're seeking to fill the following roles:

• 1 (BRD/MCH)
• 1 Melee (DRG/MNK)
• 1 Other DPS (NIN, BLM or DRG/MNK)
• 2 Healers

A WAR or DRK tank may be substituted in if one of the DPS roles cannot be filled.
We have a few guidelines that we expect our teammates to follow

• be committed, come on time notify us early if you need to be absent
• be prepared, research fights and come with food and potions
• know the fight and your role in it
• have mumble installed, we will use voice chat
• enjoy raiding and the challenge
• don't be a dick
