Physical PS4 Heavensward did not get registered

Hi all,

Recently I just continue playing FFXIV again. Last week I purchased the physical copy of PS4 Heavensward which contain two redeem code. One for in-game item and other for accessing heavensward 1.7gb add on.

Both codes are accepted. I got my in-game item. But sadly, even though I succeed in redeeming the Heavensward 1.7gb add on, it just did not registered in my service account. There was no prompt or whatnot to register once I launched the game, it just nothing happened like no heavensward at all. This is confirmed as I can't make an Au Ra race characters and my char is still capped at lv 50.

I tried (twice) to delete my FFXIV and redownloaded it again but it still persist. My mogstation also says my service account isn't tied to any Heavensward, which is weird since I succeeded in redeeming the aforementioned codes

I went to tech support email but it took ages to address my complain.

I really hope through this forum I might get some help on what to do or even better if this forum is monitored by SE engineer who willing to help me out
