I'm trying to get them all for completion sake, have 223 at the moment. Is that a maximum/all of them? The counter is in System - Active Help - All - bottom of last page.

It pops up when you use a new function - so I doubt anyone really knows - I assume FC leader gets one, you get one for exploratory missions I guess housing as well etc... etc...
Yep, just trying to see if anyone has more than 223. I can post my list if anyone wants to complete them too.
