I bought the Rowena's Token (Soldiery) instead of the Poetics ones. Am I gonna have to grind 600 more Tomestones or is there some way I can convert these or sell them for the Tomestones back?

Unfortunately, no. You can trade them for a shiny i90 weapon which you can then do one of three things with: Desynthesize it, glamour it over something else, or turn it in for GC seals. Sorry to hear about your mistake, friend.
