Relic nerf

Hello just wondering when the relic nerf might happen is it 3,2 or 3.25? And should i save my vanu tokens i have over 100, thank you

Lol with my luck, it will happen RIGHT AFTER I complete mine. XD I don't think there is a set date for this topic yet though if they plan on nerfing it at all. (I imagine so considering the many complaints there are about that grind though.)

Soonest I see it happening is 3.25, when the next step is released. At the same time, I doubt they'll reduce the costs of the items (staying at 18 vanu tokens, for example) and instead just reduce the number of items needed (10 of each instead of 20, for example).

As a nin my relic isnt that great stat wise but id like to get it eventually when we can change stats on it

I am hoping for this with the BLM staff as well. Not having spell speed makes me hurt all over. XD (Still gotta have it though :P)

Well, think of it like this: They are removing law from the game. This means that the Law you have now will have to be converted (likely to 1/4th) into Esoterics. That being said, we can deduce that the relic items currently purchasable with Law will be shifted to Eso at a reduced rate, as we have seen before. With that changing, I don't foresee them merging the quest overall quite yet, as better gear will be easily obtainable just by completing Midas, trading in the new Tomestones, and with Gobdip likely coming to a Rowena near you.

Base on past experience, very likely the nerf will be doubled the reward for each quest,
but the cost for unidentified item will not be changed.
For example an UI still cost 13(18), but each quest gives 2 instead of 1 token. ^^;

The nerf won't come out until 3.25 at least (ergo next step or after)

And BTW vanu vanu are the worst to farm for these XD
Old ARR Tribal quest are better to get token

...

But they already said that (in 3.2 I guess)
They will remove the retainer coin and leave only the Tribal item
(The other will be exchanged with the Tribal vendor)

Took them ages to nerf the ARR relic. I dont see it happening any time in 3.2. Might happen in 3.3 if you're lucky.

Well um if they will add other ways to get the token items in 3.2 i only imagine the gnath tribe having it also in their to sell list.
