Unable to get 56+ BLM job quests

Hello, I am having an issue where I'm not getting the 56+ job quests for BLM, I already did the level 54 one and unlocked sharpcast, im 59 and don't see the quest for enochian.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried just talking to Lalai? I remember there was no quest marker for one for me.
