Heavensward Quest Locked
Anyone else have Coming to Ishgard quest locked? I've finished the main scenario quests, I've checked my account on Mog Station which shows that I have confirmed the CD keys, but I still cannot talk to Alphinaud. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Any suggestions?

Alphinaud is found in the Intercessory at Camp Dragonhead where the 2.55 main scenario left off (the room accessed by speaking to the guard outside down the side alley between the platform with the aetheryte and Hanchufant's quarters) - if you have Heavensward installed (and the fact that your level has passed the level cap of 50, which alone requires the expansion to be registered proves beyond all doubt that the expansion has indeed registered to your account) then he should have 'Coming to Ishgard' available - this does require you to be currently a level 50 class that is a Disciple of War or Magic. You cannot get this quest as a Disciple of the Hand or Land.
The only other thing I can think of is you have multiple versions of the original game registered (say, PC and PS4), but only have registered one version and are trying to play the game on the other - you need to purchase and register separate copies of the expansion pack for all versions of the game you have to access it's contents - expansion content is locked if you access the game with another version that doesn't have the expansion registered.
If the quest is still not available even after all that, then it sounds like a bug that you will need to report to the development team in the relevant section I'm afraid.

Make sure the setting in the launcher to allow it to download the expansion is set to on.

Just out of the box idea, by main scenario quests done, you have done all the chain between the original ARR ending and the grand finale in coerthas including the further storyline from the patches between 2.0 and 3.0? Might seem silly thing to ask if you did but.. covering all bases sort of thing.
