Recovery from "PSN" Technical Difficulties (Feb. 14)

At the time below, Sony Computer Entertainment's "PSN" service experienced technical difficulties, causing players to be unable to log in to the PlayStation®3 and PlayStation®4 versions of FINAL FANTASY XIV.
