Tired of doing raids with PUGs, LF a raid LS or static for 3.1/3.2

Hi guys, I am having hard time doing raids especially getting 2chests for Alex Savage. I am currently ilvl202 Ninja, and MCH & DRG on the way as my sub-dps classes. I am looking for a group to do raids every week (MC is fine) and it will help me really much. I already cleared most contents except A4S & Thor Ex. I am willing to learn, adapt, and patient towards progression. I am a respectful person towards my team mates.
I will really appreciate any group who will get me as it will ease my difficulty of doing these precious contents of the game. My timezone is GMT+8 and usually available 8pm to 12pm and I can wake up in morning before work around 6am-9am. But I prefere the night time if it's ok and also available during weekends.
