Possible New tank

Ok, so. I've been having this idea floating around in my head ever since I first saw him.
Rhitahtyn Sas Arvina, the boss from Cape Westwind, used shields that have what seem like large 5- or 6-shot revolvers mounted to them. Once I saw him, and how his fight style works, I almost immediately thought, "Huh. That would make a pretty sweet tank class. I'd definitely play it." It would be a very unique class and, as far as I know, FFXIV is the only Final Fantasy game that has something like that.

I am 100% onboard with a gunshield wielding tanking class.

Dual-wielding gun-shields...

I'd play it.

Would certainly be an interesting new job for a tank.

Call it Cannoneer and I'll be on board.

Tbf I think most people would be blown away by out styleish arm cannons.

I wouldn't mind a greathammer tank, a scythe wielding tank (would have more of an AoE/debuffer focus), or inspired by (but not just like) Tera's Brawler, some kind of Ironworks gauntlet tank.
