Sensibility problem whith XBOX 360 PC controller

I tried to replace it with another controller, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and to test it with other games. But nothing. the problem is only in FINAL FANTASY XIV.
In the game I tried several times the calibration and increase or decrease the sensitivity of the analog sticks, but the problem is making the game unplayable.
