Cannot access "A Recurring Problem" quest

This happened when you skip it and continue with the main quest scenario. Minfilia offers it when she's in the Waking Sands, but if you're like me and just want to continue with the main scenario quests, "A Recurring Problem" will become unavailable.
This is a problem to initiate the "Good Intentions" quest of the main scenario quests, you must unlock and complete the hard mode of the three original trials and to do this, you must complete "A Recurring Problem".

My suggestion for the game management crew would be to include "A Recurring Problem" in the main quest scenarios. Had I known it would be important later on and that it would be come unavailable, ultimately causing me to not continue with the main quest, I would have done it.
