Backstory: The WVR quest that introduces materia melding has you deal with an extremely ungrateful little jerk who's convinced his life's calling is to become a gladiator.

It was a small and petty thing, but I dyed the acton an eye-catching shade of neon pink.

I was just a bit sad that it rendered him in an undyed acton instead.

Why did I not think of doing that?

Seriously though, the guy's sweet in his own way. Just very, very impulsive.

EDIT: It's possible I'm mixing up two NPCs. Was there someone before the guy you follow up to level 50?
