Any Tips for Skinchange We Can Believe In

There's this NPC that is very hard to spot the differences and I always have trouble getting it right because 2-3 NPC looks the same.
Can someone point out on what to look for?
From this NPC, I noticed that its the eyebrown and muscle. But only 2 of them doesn't have eyebrows, stronger abs. There's 2 that looks the same, have the same type of abs and same eyebrow as the NPC so it's very hard for me to pick the right one.

the differences are random every time, so it is hard to point anything out without complete screens from the time you

a general list of differences i spotted in that GATE
- gloves (kind / color) <-- missing fingertips are an often seen case
- boots (kind / color)
- shirt (kind / color) <-- missing sleeves are an often seen case
- trousers/skirt (kind / color)
- hat (kind / color) <-- there are often small differences like a different feather or a differently colored emblem
- weapon (kind)
- ring (yes/no)
- earrings (yes/no)
- beard/eyebrows/facial hair
- tail/ears on miqo'te (kind)
this is the list as far as i can remember what i have seen so far (and i did this GATE a freaking LOT the last few weeks... working to get fenrir)

as far as i know, there are always 3 differences. i had cases where i could win with only 2 though since only one NPC matched both, not sure if i didnt notice the third one or if there was none to begin with

color differences can be very small, like both are black but one of them has a white line at the edge and the other does not
i think i never saw changes in hairstyle or eye color, and i never noticed changes to something like muscles (or i cant remember)

there were cases where i could not find the 3rd and had to resort to picking a possible one by random though, so i guess i am still missing some things

fun fact: the difference positions are the same for everybody (for example ring, hat and boots), but everybody sees a different version of the npc, meaing the solution to the GATE is different for everybody

Oh that guy. Yeah he is very hard. I messed that one up, too. I've been farming MGP lately doing a lot of events to get Fenrir (only 80,000 MGP to go) and some of those are very difficult. They are fun though. I wish they were like every 15 minutes instead every half hour. They should add more games. I like doing them to kill time.

For that specific NPC, you have to look at the face, the muscle tone and the height :

The main thing to do is find not the one that looks closest, but the one that's the WORST, first. The worst will tell you the locations you need to look on the rest of them.

The strategy that works best for me is to take a quick look at the quest giver(i mentally highlight what i THINK will be the key items/areas but am usually wrong), then to take a quicker look at all the wannabes. Maybe 30 secs on the quest giver, but no more then 15 on any of the others at first. Cycling through the others quicker helps me notice where they dont agree with each other, which starts the narrowing process. However, you in particular are highlighting the roe. When i see its him i often skip the gate. My success rate for all other races is better then 95%, but with the roe's im right maybe 1 out of 4. I just cant tell those guys apart. I have learned that with the roe race, one of the big differences that skinchange will often choose is height. So if you can keep your camera consistent, and find a good reliable reference to use, maybe that will help.
