LF Bard/mch or tank for 3.2 Mid core raiding.

We're a <Trade> group looking either 1 player, either MCH/BRD/DRG/NIN (flexible!) or a Tank for 3.2 raiding.
We have cleared A3s this patch, and we are very consistent in our schedule, with rare cancelations. We raid on Monday, Tuesday and Thurdays, at 10h30pm to 1am EST.

Punctuality is very important to us, and expect people to alert us in advance for lateness. We also expect the player to be open to critism and be open to improvement.

Monday and Tuesday work for me. Thursday isn't good because 10:30p est is 9:30p cst for me, but I'm at work that day (3:00p to 11:00p cst).
