1.19 and monster tp spam
Most of the changes with 1.19 were great and mostly groundbreaking as for making the game more user friendly and fun. One of the best changes was replacing the devastating 1000 needles that cactuar monsters used with a much less 1 shot likely move 100 needles, However now it seems when monsters get to about 30% they begin to constantly spam their tp moves like they have infinite TP and no cooldown this is making it alot harder for low level soloing in some levequest(such as ones where you have to fight multiple cactuars at a time) i hope they fix this cause its gonna be a major pain to have this low hp tp spam especially as you get into the upcoming endgameish content of 2.0

Indeed. This seems to be a placeholder for "2hrs-abilities" that isn't working properly...you can also see Spoken (monsters with class) starting class action spam when HP goes oo low.
But this is correct...sometimes we don't even have time to target the monster after it came back before it dig/teleport again.
