"Remembering Square Enix ID"

After launch and signing in with name & password, when the box is checked and I continue or log out, after logging back in, the box is unchecked and I must continue to sign in with my name & password again. What am I missing?

It appears that cookies are not the issue as my name & id are remembered when I sign into the Forum. Does anyone have a clue?
