[MC/HC] [LFM] Building a Static for 3.2

Hey~
We are looking to recruit a Members of all Classes for a new Static ready to hit Alexander: Midas in 3.2.
We are a small but HC oriented circle of Friends, who came together at the end of Alexander [Savage] Progression
and now want to expand a little, by those means we want to build a second static in our FC.


Currently we are looking for a:
DRK / PLD
WHM
SCH
NIN / MNK
DRG
BRD / MCH
BLM / SMN


What we expect from you:

Flexibility.

• Be able to raid 3 to 4 days a week while still progressing.
• Be punctual for raids,
  or at least be able to tell your Group ahead of time if you can’t make it
• No Raid logging,
  there is still much more to do to grow as a Group, esp. in the beginning.

Dedication

• KNOW YOUR JOB.
• Be reliable in your Performance
• Have Food and Pots ready before beginning Raid
• Your DPS is very important,
  but not as much as surviving & performing mechanics or an overall gain in Raid deeps.

Teamplay.

• Respect the other Players
• We would like to create a stable and open minded Group and thus need you to share that mindset;
• We expect you to improve with each encounter
• Be open to criticism, if necessary, and don't be shy to speak up if something is weighing you down
• Voice communication is very important to us. TS3 is a must.

We expect you to have A2S downed,
why of course A3S exp, or a kill even, is preferred.
