Muscle Restorative

Anyone know how to get these things?

What is it? Sound like an item you would have to give to an NPC for quest.
Where did you hear about it? What is it for? And why do you want it?

Asking this because more information might help people to find answer to your question.

Its a medicine that can be used to increase your max HP for 10 minutes, 30 minute cool down. I have been kind of wondering why no one has ever brought it up, either they are incredibly hard to get or its an oversight on the communities part. I used one that I bought from the wards just to see what the hell it was, it is under panacea with the ungents. It increased my lancers hp by about 150 without any sort of party buff. I am looking to find some others to test it out on a marauder with a full party buff and hp food to see if the hp boost is significant.

It is a potion that increases your HP and MP I believe. There are no recipes anywhere for it, or a list in any of the databases we looked on to find it. Seems to be about a 5% increase, we where going to use it in the ifrit fight if we can figure out how to get them.

Oh, hmmmm.
Can't find any recipe for it. :(
The new recipe list doesn't contain this, either. Maybe it's dropped only.

That's my case too. It dropped off the chest after defeating NM Imperial Pilus Prior.

You seem to only be able to get it from the Umbral Era live events, I got a couple from the cultists in the aqueducts thing.
