BLM I208 SEEKING STATIC

Im Looking for a group who are currently working on AS3. I have Just come back from a 3 month break due to lack of raiding and i should also have my 210 relic in the coming weeks as well.

Ideally i do not want to be teaching AS1 and AS2 to the raid group. I do have them on farm status as well as being progressed into AS3 (Down to 40%). A group with good raid awareness is always key and one who can have a laugh and a joke with each other not taking mistakes to seriously as mistakes happen to everyone, meaning no drama. Teamspeak other programs are ideal.

I like to think of myself as an exceptional BLM Who tries to perform in the best possible way trying to deal as much dps as possible. I practice my rotation regularly theory crafting thinking of better openers. I have all content downed from ARR Including Ravana and Bismark EX in HW and Phase 8 in Thordon EX
