Unable to get lvl 50 roulette dungeon unlocked

The only dungeon I'm missing in Haukke Manor HM for it to be accessible to me but it's just stays as a ???. I had completed Manic Manor over 2 years ago so I am unable to get the quest again. I've gone up to Haukke Manor and clicked on the portal to choose between normal and hm but that doesn't trigger anything. Has anybody else has issues like this? I've even completed the dungeon on HM since I can select it in my dungeons but still won't unlock in roulette.

You sure that's what you're missing?

Check to make sure you've done all the other dungeons I was having the same problem when I realized I was missing Wanderers palace HM because I had not completed the dungeon on normal.
