Archbishop Thordan VII card question

Anyone able to confirm that you can obtain the Archbishop Thordan VII card from Singularity Reactor (Thordan Story Mode) or is it ONLY available through Thordan EX?

I read comments from the triple triad website that it's possible to obtain from (Singularity Reactor) Thordan Story Mode just like Ravana card (which can be dropped from Ravana Story Mode or Extreme) but there isn't any proof of anyone obtaining the card from Thordan Story Mode or real confirmation.
