[LFM][LS][HC] R.N.G. A4s Static rebuilding for 3.2 progression

R.N.G. LS based static is recruiting for 3.2 progression.

We are looking for a WAR, a PLD, an AST/SCH, and a BRD. Must have A3S clear MINIMUM, A4S preferred. Any exceptional applications will be considered.
Short background on the group:

We cleared and farmed A4 for 8 weeks to get everyone their mount/weapon, before parting ways with some of the members. Now, those of us who stayed are trying to rebuild the group.

We are a midcore group, 4~ days a week usually, 3-4 hours a day during progression. We don't aim for server 1st, but we do want quick progression, and as such we are looking for skilled players who take raiding seriously. That said, we do not tolerate toxic behaviour or drama queens.
There is enough drama in real life and that is not what we play games for.

We want people who are willing to discuss strategies, and willing to take (and give) advice in order to improve the group's performance. The group should always be the priority, and we don't want anyone who is obsessed with their FFlogs rank or any of that, especially not at the cost of the group.
TS should be serious during play so everyone can focus properly, yet relaxed/laid back during breaks/in-between tries.
