Umm, do you mean you completed the first floor of Alex, and want to run the second floor? If so, there is no quest, you just go from one floor to the next via duty finder or party finder.
Or do you mean you are looking for the second series of Alex, Alex Midas, which will probably include A5-9, which has not been released yet.
Or are you looking for Alexander Savage? You get that quest in Mor D.

hmm maybe its in that little spot in the hinterlands that has the goblins and repair. In a dungeon right now, but will check the coords when I get out. Check by 21,18 in the hinterlands, it's been a long time since I did the Alex quest though, so I don't totally remember. If not, I would try running it again and see if maybe it glitched and didn't count.
There is no quest there. I've run Alex 1 about 8 times now. I've tried logging out and back in. Contacted an in-game GM and got nothing =/
