Lvl 45 class quest bug

Steps:
Yesterday, as I was doing my lvl 45 DRG quest, I have completed the trials and went to turn in the quest for the 4 ilvl 90 armor. I handed over my key items to the quest giver. I must've not had enough room in my inventory for the armor since it's not giving me the quest completion sound. I cleared out some room in my bags and talked to the quest giver again to complete, but it seems like he's asking for the key items again (which I have already given him). Key items are no longer in my bags and I cannot complete the quest nor can I abandon to start over again. I tried going back to the spot where I had gotten the key items but the destination is no longer there, I went to the calamity salvager to see if the armor is stored there, but it's not there. There's nothing that I can do and I cannot progress in the DRG questline.
